Welcome to the archive of Sandi's dance flows that appeared in the Facebook group, Sandi's Free Friday Flow weekly, during 2020-2022.  It was a labor of love, to keep movement flowing, during the pandemic.  Some videos are focused on certain moves and concepts, some have different skill levels, and some are just a mix of all those things.  Enjoy!
